The Arboretum is devoted to ordinary aspects of nature and local vegetation.

Promotion of adaptive techniques and responsible management of green spaces and natural spaces
- Ornamental plantation of local vegetation
- Plantations of composite hedges
- Plantations of tree species resistant to parasites
- Collection of varieties of olive and fig trees
- Work on the riparian forest and plantations of vegetation adapted to work of vegetal engineering

Visits and activities are organised with the help of our partner, the association of local olive growers, the Groupement des Oleiculteurs de Vaucluse
- Group workshop for pruning olive trees: Friday 9 April 2015 from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- How to recognise olive varieties: Monday 26 October 2015, from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at the Jonquières Social-Cultural centre, and from 2 to 4.30 p.m. at the Arboretum
